You have a certain amount of time to prepare the specified snack that goes along with the order; if you fail to do so, the reward and the order will be canceled because the customer will become impatient. It is strongly recommended that you begin by playing through the tutorial level so that you can learn how to prepare all of the components, including the bread, soda, and meat.
